We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate this section.

6. Your Data

The CRM data you store in Brave CRM, including your leads, contacts, notes, documents, and conversations, belongs to you and your organization. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display your data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you store, including obtaining any consents required to store your customers' contact details.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service works with third-party services such as Razorpay for payments, Google Firebase for push notifications, SMS providers for OTP delivery, and the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform if you connect it. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation except where a specific commitment is stated in your plan. We may modify features from time to time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brave CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. See Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
