Delete your Brave CRM account

You can delete your Brave CRM account at any time. This page explains the two ways to request deletion, what is removed, and what may be retained. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so download or export any records you want to keep, such as invoices and contact lists, before you start. This process applies to accounts created in the Brave CRM Android app (package io.bravecrm.app).
How to delete your account
Method 1: In the app
- Open the Brave CRM app and sign in.
- Go to More, then tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation screen and confirm the deletion.
Method 2: By email
- Send an email to support@bravecrm.io from the email address on your account, or include your registered mobile number in the message.
- Use a subject line such as "Delete my account" and state that you want your Brave CRM account deleted.
- We may contact you on your registered mobile number to verify the request before we process it.
What gets deleted
- Your user account, including your name, mobile number, email, and device push token.
- If you are the sole owner of your organization, the organization and all of its CRM data are also deleted. This includes leads, contacts, tasks, notes, quotations, invoices, orders, payment records, WhatsApp conversation history, and call logs.
- If your organization has other owners, only your user account is deleted. The organization and its data remain with the other owners, and your team members keep their access.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records that we are legally required to keep, such as tax invoices for subscription payments you made to us. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Your subscription
Deleting your account cancels your subscription. No further renewals will be charged after the deletion request is processed. Unused time on a paid plan is not refunded, except in the cases described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
