Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Brave CRM subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Business plans) purchased on the web at bravecrm.io, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions are never purchased inside the mobile app, so app store refund processes do not apply.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app. Go to More, then Subscription, then tap Cancel.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not trigger a refund for the current period.

When refunds apply

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on a monthly or yearly plan. However, we will issue a full refund of the affected charge in these cases:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the reversal is handled by Razorpay. The amount is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days. If you do not receive the reversal within that time, contact us and we will follow up with Razorpay.

How to raise a billing issue

Email support@bravecrm.io with:

We respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, we initiate it promptly, and the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Free plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment, so it needs no cancellation and no refund. You can simply stop using it, downgrade to it from a paid plan when your billing period ends, or delete your account at any time.
